Comprehensive Roadside Assistance coverage is automatically provided with all new, current model year Kia Telluride vehicles starting from the exact date the vehicle is delivered to its first retail buyer or otherwise put into service (known as the in-service date), whichever occurs earlier, for a continuous duration of 60 months or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first, subject to all terms, standard conditions, and exclusions set forth in the official Kia Warranty and Consumer Information Manual applicable to your specific vehicle model year.
Kia America, Inc. formally reserves the right to restrict, limit, or deny roadside services or other associated program benefits to any registered owner or driver when, in the sole judgment of Kia America, Inc., service claims or assistance requests are determined to be excessive in frequency or unusual in their type of occurrence.

Emergency roadside assistance
Emergency roadside assistance for your Kia Telluride is accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by calling the dedicated hotline at 1-800-333-4542 or by conveniently pressing the overhead RSA button located inside the vehicle cabin (if your vehicle is actively enrolled in Kia Connect).
You must be prepared to provide your unique Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) to verify active program coverage whenever you call for dispatch. You can easily locate your Kia Telluride VIN on the driver's side lower corner of the instrument panel, the driver's door jamb sticker, your official vehicle registration document, or your active proof of insurance card.
Kia utilizes an extensive nationwide network comprising over 30,000 certified roadside assistance providers. Should you accidentally run out of fuel on the highway, require a dead battery jump-start, or need professional assistance changing a flat tire, a dedicated Kia Roadside Assistance Representative will promptly dispatch a technician to deliver a small emergency quantity of gas, replace your damaged wheel with your properly inflated spare tire, or arrange a safe battery boost to allow you to safely proceed to your destination. We also maintain access to a specialized network of over 10,000 professional locksmiths should you ever find yourself accidentally locked out of your Kia Telluride.
If unexpected mechanical difficulties render your Kia Telluride completely undrivable due to a covered warranty-related concern, Kia’s Roadside Assistance Representative will arrange professional flatbed transport to tow your vehicle to the nearest authorized Kia dealership or an approved Kia alternative service location. To receive this complimentary towing service, your vehicle must be safely accessible to the dispatched transport vehicle, as determined independently by the towing driver.
TIP
Roadside Assistance benefits and towing coverages are strictly unavailable for any Kia Telluride vehicle that has ever been, or should have been, issued a official "salvage" title, rebuilt title, or similar "branded" title under any state’s legal jurisdiction, or has been officially declared a "total loss" equivalent by a financial institution or automotive insurance company.
Trip interruption
Valuable trip interruption expense reimbursement benefits are provided if a covered warranty-related mechanical disablement occurs more than 150 miles away from your primary home address, and the necessary dealership repairs require more than 24 hours to complete. Reasonable daily financial reimbursement is included for essential travel expenses such as emergency meals, overnight lodging, or temporary rental vehicle arrangements. Trip interruption coverage is strictly limited to $100 per day, subject to a strict 3-day maximum limit per single incident. You must contact the Kia Roadside Assistance Center to obtain formal preauthorization of expenses before incurring any costs. Once the Kia Roadside Assistance Center grants authorization for trip interruption benefits, their team will assist you directly in making the necessary travel arrangements. Personal insurance deductibles, out-of-pocket expenses, and claims already paid by your personal auto insurance company or other third-party providers are completely ineligible for reimbursement.
Commercial fleet vehicles are entirely excluded from expense reimbursement under Kia’s official Trip Interruption Policy.
Registering your vehicle in a foreign country
If you plan to export and register your Kia Telluride in a foreign country outside of the United States, you must ensure that the vehicle fully conforms to all local safety, environmental, and mechanical regulations enforced in that destination country. Even if you manage to successfully register your vehicle abroad, you should carefully consider the probability of encountering the following logistical challenges:
The exact grade and chemical composition of specified fuel required for your Kia Telluride may be entirely unavailable in the foreign market. Utilizing unapproved or lower-quality fuels could cause severe, irreversible damage to the engine, high-pressure fuel injection system, and other fuel-related components, which may not be covered under your New Vehicle Emissions Limited Warranty.
In addition to compatible fuel, you may find that the specialized replacement parts, advanced diagnostic service techniques, and proprietary electronic tools necessary to properly maintain and repair your Kia Telluride are completely unavailable because vehicles of this specification are not officially marketed or sold in your new country of registration. Even if similar models are commercially sold abroad, unique mechanical specifications required by foreign governments may vary significantly from your original purchase country, creating complex servicing issues.
There may not be an authorized Kia dealer network located anywhere near your planned residence or region of registration, which can create severe operational hurdles in obtaining authorized warranty services, software updates, and routine maintenance for any number of reasons.
Kia America, Inc. cannot assume any legal or financial responsibility for operational problems, mechanical failures, or additional expenses caused by unsatisfactory service, counterfeit parts, or a total lack of authorized dealer support outside of the United States.
