All doors automatically lock when the vehicle speed exceeds approximately 10 mph (15 km/h).
The automatic door lock and unlock functions can be enabled or disabled through the vehicle settings. Refer to the LCD display modes section for detailed instructions.

Automatic door lock and unlock features
Your Kia Telluride also supports customizable automatic locking and unlocking functions that can be configured through the infotainment system according to your personal preferences.

Approach the driver's outside door handle while carrying a registered smart key.
When the system detects the authorized smart key, the outside driver's door handle automatically extends and the doors unlock. The hazard warning lights flash twice, and two audible confirmation tones are emitted.
If the door handle sensor is not touched within approximately two seconds after the handle extends, all doors automatically lock again and the outside door handle retracts into its normal position.
