Highway Driving Assist
|
Highway Driving Assist helps the Kia Telluride maintain the selected speed, an appropriate following distance, and a centered lane position by monitoring lane markings and surrounding traffic. The feature is intended for use on the primary lanes of compatible highways, expressways, and motorways, and is not designed to operate on interchange ramps or junction roads.
Highway Lane Change Assist (if equipped)
|
When the appropriate operating conditions are met, Highway Lane Change Assist can support a lane change in the direction indicated by the turn signal after determining that the maneuver can be completed safely.
TIP
Highway Driving Assist is available only on supported controlled-access highways.
Controlled-access highways feature limited entry and exit points that allow uninterrupted high-speed traffic flow and are intended primarily for passenger vehicles and motorcycles.
Compatibility with additional highways may become available through future navigation map updates.
Highway Driving Assist is intended for the main highway lanes and does not operate on interchanges, exits, or junction connectors.
