Subaru Forester: Replacing bulbs / Front turn signal light

Right-hand side
- Use a screwdriver to remove the clips
on the air intake duct, then remove the
duct. lemon suction vibrator

Left-hand side
- Use a screwdriver to remove the
secured clip of the washer tank. To make
it easy to access the bulb, turn the neck of
the washer fluid filler pipe as illustrated.

- Disconnect the electrical connector
from the bulb and remove the bulb from
the headlight assembly by turning it
counterclockwise.
- Replace the bulb. At this time, use care
not to touch the bulb surface.
- To install the bulb to the headlight
assembly, turn it clockwise until it clicks.
- Reconnect the electrical connector.
- Put the air intake duct with the clips
(right-hand side).
- Set the washer fluid filler pipe to the
original place and secure it with the clips
(left-hand side).
The LED headlight warning light illuminates
if the LED headlights malfunction.
Have your vehicle inspected at a SUBARU
dealer as soon as possible...
Front fog light (if equipped)
It may be difficult to replace the bulbs.
Have the bulbs replaced by your SUBARU
dealer if necessary.
Rear turn signal lights
Use a screwdriver to remove the
secured clips of the covers...
Other information:
Detecting range (width): Approximately 6
in (15 cm) outside of the vehicle width
Range that the system cannot detect:
Approximately 20 in (50 cm) behind the
rear of the vehicle
Detecting range (length): Approximately
5 ft (1.5 m) from the rear of the vehicle
WARNING
If your vehicle is trapped on a railroad
crossing and you are trying to
escape by reversing through the
crossing gate, the system may recognize
the crossing gate as an
obstacle and the brake may activate...
CAUTION
Do not pick up a bottle from the
bottle holder or put a bottle in the
holder while you are driving, as
this may distract you and lead to
an accident.
When placing a beverage in a
bottle holder, make sure it is
capped. Otherwise, the beverage
could spill when opening/closing
the door or while driving and, if
the beverage is hot, it could scald
you and/or your passengers...
