Subaru Forester: Driving information display / Turn off display of driving information display
Select the blank space in the menu to exit
the driving information display selection.
NOTE
- The average fuel consumption and
average vehicle speed are calculated
even while the driving information display
is not displayed.
- Even if you turn off the driving
information display, the display will
automatically turn on when the battery
voltage is disconnected and then reconnected
for battery replacement or
fuse replacement.

The outside temperature indicator
shows the temperature around the
sensor. However, the temperature may
not be indicated correctly or the update
may be delayed in the following conditions...

coatings caused by gravel and stone chips

The tire pressure monitoring system provides
the driver with a warning message
when tire pressure is severely low.
The tire pressure monitoring system will
activate only when the vehicle is driven at
speeds above 20 mph (32 km/h). Also, this
system may not react immediately to a
sudden drop in tire pressure (for example,
a blow-out caused by running over a sharp
object)...
