If the windshield washer does not operate, check the washer fluid level first. If the reservoir is low, add the proper non-abrasive windshield washer fluid before using the system again.
The washer fluid reservoir filler neck is located at the front of the engine compartment on the passenger side of the Kia Telluride.
WARNING
Do not use the washer system in freezing temperatures until the windshield has been warmed with the defroster. Washer fluid may freeze on the glass and block your view.
NOTE
To avoid possible washer pump damage, never operate the washer when the fluid reservoir is empty.
NOTE
To help prevent damage to the wiper blades or windshield, do not operate the wipers when the windshield is dry.
