Driver Attention Warning function
Driver Attention Warning monitors the driver’s behavior and driving pattern while the Kia Telluride is in motion. If the system determines that the driver’s attention has dropped below a certain level, it recommends taking a break to support safer and more attentive driving.
Leading Vehicle Departure Alert function
Leading Vehicle Departure Alert notifies the driver when a detected vehicle ahead begins moving after being stopped.
Detection sensor
While driving, the front camera is used as a detection sensor to recognize driving patterns and detect when a vehicle ahead departs from a stop. Please refer to Detecting sensor(s) for details about the applicable sensors and their locations.
TIP
Keep the front view camera clean and in good condition to help maintain proper Driver Attention Warning performance in the Kia Telluride.
For more information about the front view camera, refer to Forward Collision-avoidance Assist (FCA) (Sensor Fusion).

This display shows the average vehicle speed since the trip meter was last reset. Pressing the TRIP RESET switch toggles the display between the average vehicle speed corresponding to the A trip meter display and the average vehicle speed corresponding to the B trip meter display. When either of the trip meter displays is reset, the corresponding average vehicle speed value is also reset.
